Change your diet, unhealthy diet causes acne. There is no medically proven link between diet and causes of acne. Only the eradication of chocolate and greasy food in isolation does not eliminate acne.

Stress causes acne. Once again, there is no relationship between stress and the causes of acne, but it has been reported that acne can be associated with severe cases of stress.

In the anti-acne treatments and medicines are safe to eliminate the symptoms of acne. Before embarking on a course of acne medication, you should consult your doctor as the effectiveness and side effects of different treatments (and there is a wide range) varies from person to person, depending on their individual skin type.
