Acne Home Treatment – Treat Acne Naturally

Acne is a most common chronic disorder of the sebaceous glands (oil producing glands), leading to the development of pimples or “zits.” Acne is one of the most common but serious problem for teenagers and young adults. Acne is not life threatening, but it can leave physical and emotional scars by spoiling looks. There are many home treatments present for acne cure. And, you can surely find some of them in your kitchen garden or near by store. Acne home treatment:

Eat Food rich in of vitamins b-complex, vitamin C and vitamin A, as these vitamins are very important for the strength, growth, and vitality of the skin. Vitamin C is excellent for encouraging the healing of acne lesions, as well as gives strength to body immune system. Vitamin E helps to protect the skin from damage.

Apply oils, such as tea tree oil, clove oil, lavender oil and rosewood oil. Dilute the oil with grape seed oil if your skin is sensitive, it is always better to dilute it. Apply the oil before going to bed, then wash it away in the morning with a pure soap, such as Ivory and clean water.

Make a mixture of blue flag, burdock, yellow dock, and Echinacea. Make a tea by infusing this mixture with hot water, drink this mixture 3 times a day. The other and the best home treatment for acne is that – Drink lots of water. Water is the best natural cleanser, it helps eliminates toxins from the body. Try to drink 8 – 10 glasses of water daily.

Eliminate fast food, fried food from your diet menu. Avoid touching your face, in order to prevent further infection. Acne is also cured by flax seeds, flax seed can reduce size of the sebaceous glands and also improves hormonal imbalance. Take a slice of tomato slice; apply this slice on your scars.

Make a mixture by mixing lemon juice and rose water (equal parts), apply this mixture to your skin, rinse after 20 – 25 minutes. Sauna or steam help to clear pores and speed up body detoxification. Keep your skin clean, avoid picking blemishes.

In order to build up natural defense mechanism against the harmful bacteria develop your immunity. Make a paste of 1 teaspoon nutmeg + 1 teaspoon of milk, apply this paste directly to pimples for 1-2 hours and rinse with pure water.

Acne myths: Acne is not contagious; you cannot catch it from someone else. Acne is also not caused by eating chocolate, unless you are allergic.
